Willow tea: a natural treatment for healthy vines
Today, Maxime takes you behind the scenes to show you how we prepare one of our key treatments: willow tea.
This natural remedy plays an essential role in preventing vine diseases, while strengthening the vine's resistance without harming it.
We favour preparations based on plants and mild active ingredients such as copper and sulphur to guarantee healthy, high-quality grapes.

On 12 May, we had the pleasure of participating in WineStock, a unique event held at the heart of the Fontanafredda estate in partnership with 101 Vini🍇
This wonderful initiative brought together partner winemakers from all over Italy in a spirit of sharing and discovery.
We were honoured to represent our champagnes and introduce them to audiences far beyond our borders. 🥂

🌕Before the full Easter moon, we take out our horsetail decoction
🌿 A real biodynamic boost to prevent mildew and calm excess moisture in the soil. Rich in silica, it brings energy back to the soil, stimulates microbial life and makes the vine more resistant.
☀ In summer, it is sprayed gently on the leaves.Its drying effect helps our vineyard to defend itself naturally during wet periods.
